I really like the simplicity of this design, the big portfolio images on the homepage are nice and the b&w to color roll over effect is subtle. The blog is nice too not only in the way it looks and is presented but in the content too.

There is some neat stuff going on in this design. I like the header area visually and I like the horizontal lines which break up the dark background enough.

I just found the use of the super large picture of the three dudes and the way the grid/navigation was laid out over it interesting.
