Web Design Inspiration Curated
osura.com
Submitted by: Anton Korzhuk @osurain Role: Developer This definitely isn't a 'standard' layout. I like the vibe of using this website. The slideshow interactions 'arrows' are neat. I like the bigger forward arrow standing out like that. Then the boxy layout give it a...
jchebly.com.br
Very cool, almost minimal feel to this design. I love the light blue everywhere, it gives it a nice airy vibe. The horizontal lines behind the logo are nice too, they really drive your eye in toward the circles. The smaller screen size is quite beautifully done too....
bizandlivia.org
Never let it be said that an adorable winged woodland creature didn't make me want to help the planet. bizandlivia.org is a simple and attractive design. It doesn't have many of the bells and whistles that we web designers tend drool over but its lovely nonetheless.
bestmadeco.com
Aside from these being some of the most awesome Axes i've ever seen - really want one! The site is so simply beautiful. Straightforward almost swiss design style. It really just makes me smile on so many levels.
lefft.com
I've enjoyed Paddy Donnelly's blog post designs for a long while now. So it was great to find his portfolio style website and as expected it's good. I like how it's just a straight up no frills website. The work is brilliant so why not just throw it out there up...
jetcooper.com
This site has a perfect balance of clean, minimal and tight structure with hand-drawn, friendly elements. Overall, the layout is perfectly spaced, the type is excellent and it's just a very inviting site, especially when you get to the blog. What's interesting is that...
dixonsapples.com
Really nice tactile feel to this design. Mainly the details make this site so nice, the wood background selling the apple crate feel and the typography and lines make me think of hand made labels. All very earthy feeling colors and textures without being too early - a...
archfirm.com
The navigation of this site was really enjoyable for me - although I'm questioning how wide it made the site in the end. The narrow content area in the center really works because it's easy to scan through and the portfolio is always right there on the left for...
grindspaces.com
Grind seems like a very cool co-work space in NYC. Make sure to check out the video at the 'what' link, it's beautifully done. And I have to say, $500 doesn't really seem like a bad deal for that area, and for such a modern, hip space. I'm assuming the coffee is free,...
swissside.com
Really simple and clear bike tire website. I like it when you have such great photography that you can basically just throw that out there up front and let it do all the talking, like in this design. I also like the three block areas with the three different types of...
The Manual
Overall the design of this simple website isn't going to blow your mind. But I love how it uses simple photos of the book as both the background and main imagery at the same time. Sometimes it's the simple things that just work so dang well.
gobloomhealth.com
This is definitely not what I think of when I think about insurance benefits sites. It's modern and refreshing - it's even responsive! The doodle illustrations are friendly and have a fun contrast against the more realistic textures of the background. The content is...
tastingtable.com
I like how like 80% of the site is static and the only thing that scrolls is that sidebar. I think some of the type is all over the place, it could stand to have a little more simplicity style wise IMHO, but overall it's really workable and visually interesting to...
thefashionsketchpad.com
Submitted by: Aaron Payne @creativepayne Role: Designer & Developer I think this site is really unique in a few ways. First I think it's great that it's taking some cues from the fashion world with edgy, overlapping diagonal lines, bright colors and patterns. The...
b3studios.co.uk
Submitted by: Sam Tiffin Role: Designer & Developer Our new website, coded in HTML5 with CSS3 animations, background image sprites and fancy webfonts (courtesty of Google Webfonts API). Really nice super clean, highly detailed feeling single page design. This site...
ren.ai
I'm late getting this design up in the gallery - wedding site by/for a super great web designer Bryan Veloso (@bryanveloso) of avalonstar.com. Look up his stuff, he's great. This wedding site is really great, I love the big picture (like in a real frame) in the top...
kickoffapp.com
Super clean product website design. It follows the Apple style of layout pretty good, but still has enough of it's own life. I particularly love the main slideshow, the way it zooms in and out just responds really great to me. Overall this design is pretty "high-end"...
ianjamescox.com
Submitted by: Ian Cox @ianjamescox Role: Designer & Developer I was very happy to be featured on Unmatched Style over 2 years ago. I've recently done a long overdue re-design of my site and I would love to be featured on your site once again....
Carnivale du Vin 2011
Submitted by: Terrance Pitre @tpitre Role: Designer & Devleoper Carnivale du Vin is the Emeril Lagasse Foundation's signature annual fund raising event, which has raised millions of dollars since its inception in 2005. Carnivaleduvin.com uses HTML5 (with...
joshuasortino.com
Submitted by: Joshua Sortino @joshuasortino Role: Designer & Developer Josh has a serious passion for progressive, usable, responsive design. His site is a demonstration of the flexibility, accessibility, and possibilities of HTML5 and CSS3. Really nice simple design,...
