I like the big headshots used in the background on this site. I also really dig that left sidebar navigation design. I don’t think i’ve yet to come across a site that has subpages work as single page scrolling layouts either. Neat.

Some neat interaction elements here. The logo on mouseover gives you a message for a new design coming soon. Then on the large green icons there’s an animated mouseover that seems to keep going a few seconds after you move away. I also dig the large tooltip...

Very clever looking design. I like the long page with the elevator going down through the mountain a lot. I’d love to see the final two pages to finished just to see what he’ll come up with.
