We’ve seen this hero/image area pattern before, but I like the animation used in this one, it stands out to me. I also really dig the tight illustration work used down the page here. It’s also a single page layout which I like much for this application....

Pretty cool layout. I like the fixed side bar nav and the illustrations that train your eye on each neighborhood section. Which are all designed quite well using a card style design approach. Check out an example of that here.

What a beautiful website. I love just about everything about this site design. The nav is pretty standard and easy to get into. I LOVE the illustration work at the center of the page then the footer area is quite nicely setup and laid out it’s great.
