Yeah, yeah, I know. We recently did a design review of the conversion process on basecamphq.com, thing is the very next day they rolled out a design.
The new design is very well done, and largely simplifies over the last iteration of their site. I’m sure they’ve based their design on conversion numbers and have let that largely drive their decision. I have to say though, I do like the illustrations in the new layout and the more simplified design is a great move, design wise.
