I like the open feel to this design. The oversized feeling main photo slideshow is nice and the way there is space between that and the header navigation for two calls-to-action is clever. The layout feels almost centered being anchored with the three column section...

Clever visual(s) with the hand and target illustrations set fixed to the left sidebar area. The icons over the navigation items are nice too. I like the trim design here it’s easy and quick to take in.
