Denise Jacobs: CSS3 & Achieving Goals

CSS3 Ripe & Ready to Respond

Denise put on a workshop at the ConvergeSE 2011 conference earlier this year. She takes a nice approach to working to bring everyone up to speed on things like CSS3/ HTML5 – whereas most of us just want to kick and scream until others listen. That’s just how she is, she’s a nice lady. She runs one heck of a workshop too, taking you all the way from straight forward CSS3 uses all the way into media queries and Responsive Web Design.

Achieving Goals

Denise talks a good deal about how she has attacked and achieved most of her goals the past couple of years. Dealing with how you shift gears and focus on what’s next is tough and is what truly defines you. For Denise it’s about unleashing her energy and infectious attitude to inspire and educate anyone and everyone. She’s passionate about it and it shows every time I hear her talk, it’s in her DNA. She’s intense and that’s what inspires you. We all need more of that and Denise is just the right person to bring it to us I think.
