Unfortunately, I do not think that this site gets the recognition that it deserves. It’s constant solid content is the perfect compliment to its stunning design. Design, entertainment, life, and everything in between (but besides design and entertainment what is there?) this blog covers it all.
What I like:
Well anyone who has paid any bit of attention to for a week would know that I am a sucker for oranges, greens, and tans on websites. And this site is obviously my dream palette. Along with the colors, the presentation of content is so remarkably simplistic, while at the same time remaining a certain level of grace.
What I don’t like:
The only downfall to this site is the font, font-size and weight of the font in certain areas. When the text is set to bold the font often becomes cramped, and less legible if their was a letter-spacing associated with that.
The Call to Action, Revisited
The Call to Action hasn’t changed in a decade, but the bar has. A fresh look at prominence, copy, mobile tap targets, and accessibility, with lessons from three major design systems.
