University of Vermont

http://www.uvm.edu/

Great example of a responsive site for a university. Aside from the great responsive work here, I also love the main nav and search area. It’s a mega-dropdown style but the entire page sort of slides down. The search box works the same way but it has everything you need to search the site right there. In both cases the mental shift in the way the nav opens up really helps you realize you’re about to move around the site and build a mental model of the thing.
