This really is a great looking design. I love the big bold background image and the colors are very well chosen. The typography is well treated across the site as well. I think the “Great People, Great Work, Great Brands” gets a little confusing in that they are active elements but they don’t appear to be until I actually mouse over them. They function more like a “mega drop-down“, which in this case is fine, but I think the main link/type needs to be indicative of what the action will produce before you click or mouse over it.
