Space City JS

http://spacecityjs.com/

Website for the Space City JS conference in Houston. I like the play between the name and Houston! This site isn’t like a traditional web conference site, it doesn’t do what you’d expect and put the images of the speakers front and center. I like that. I like that it’s fun and playful and has the vibe of a home spun event, those are my favorite types after all. The only thing I have to say about it is that the date was hard to find, maybe it’s because the event has passed, but overall this site is sweet.
