This is a nicely executed website design. Nice colors and an engaging layout make this all come together visually. There is a lot of information on the home page, it might be too much, but it is pretty well organized. With two clear calls to action links at the almost top of the page a visitor knows just which audience they fit into and which direction to follow in exploring content. The video element was pretty well hidden to me, it’s probably a case of banner blindness with the way it’s visually featured, I wonder how many other people miss that video too?
