I quite like this layout. It’s simple and clean and understated. I think the navigation works really well with the large link name and then the small explanatory text underneath, it works because the site is easy to understand. I think the portfolio section has plenty of info on each project, I really enjoyed the case studies, it serves the site well as a resume/portfolio. I like the designed integration of the blog articles with the rest of the site, it makes it feel like one entire cohesive website.
