The site was designed in HTML5 and CSS3 by renowned speaker and author Andy Clarke, who has recently published his best selling book: http://hardboiledwebdesign.com/

Andy has documented the whole MobiCart design process very well on this blog. Andy talks about designing in the browser and his thought process behind the site. You can view the wireframes and even download the full set of templates and have a look around.

I love this deceptively simple website. It’s slightly liquid but also the design is scaled to just work well on smaller screens. It’s minimal where it needs to be and involved when the site’s functionality calls for it. Very well done indeed!

Nice site. The “addons” section seemed a little sparsely laid-out, compared to the rest of the website, but over all it’s a very polished website.
