I like how the header/navigation goes from being under the main image to being fixed at the very top then there’s the little logo drop-in (nice touch). The photo’s of the famous people are the main event design element wise here so like you’d expect they throw them up front. But they do it in a non standard way which is compelling in that hero image space.
