Carnivale du Vin is the Emeril Lagasse Foundation’s signature annual fund raising event, which has raised millions of dollars since its inception in 2005. Carnivaleduvin.com uses HTML5 (with Boilerplate), CSS3 along with textural design elements. Additionally, I’ve added some responsiveness for different browser/device widths

Nifty looking design. I really like how the background texture is paired with this particular typeface, I can’t remember the name of it but it’s the large blocky one with the poker card looking inlays. Very fun and expressive. There is a surprising amount of depth and detail here that’s quite honestly unexpected. I think it says a lot about the chefs and food visually – depth and quality that’s what you want in great food right?
