A really visually enjoyable website design. I like the vertical scrolling images. The logo works in great with the background imagery and overall it comes together quite nicely.

Hmmm…the background is directly from moving-insect.com, I’m not sure if the author permits free commercial use like this, but at the very least it means the entire “focus” of the website here isn’t their (his?) own creation.

Additionally at larger resolutions the background just “stops”, there’s no repeating or even plan to handle resolutions larger than his own. More interestingly you can tell the original image didn’t stretch all the way across their screen, so the right hand side of the image was stretched out rather poorly for about 200 pixels.

Beyond that the site seems to work well, some of the XHTML is a little wonk but those might just be related to WordPress templating confusions. It’s odd that the background would have so many (potential, assuming I’m right here) problems with it, while the rest of the site seems to have a good deal of attention paid to it.
