I’m kind of hip to the single-page layout. If you can say it all in one page and do it in an elegant fashiong then go for it. StylesLab is more-or-less just a resume with work samples on it, but it’s well executed.

There is a ton of information that needed to be accommodated with this website design and you can immediately see how much work the designers of this site had to put into the architecture. I’m not too crazy about some of the color choices but I can overlook that...

I know I liked their first design a lot and it lead to a really strong WordPress theme. I’m not sure how many of you out there have seen their new(ish) iteration of their website but I just happened upon it the other day and thought it was really good. As always...

There’s something to be said for a single-page design that’s done well. I’ve said it before, but if you can pull it off then go for it. For a freelancer portfolio site this one gets the job done and then some.

Good color choices, great background contrast and solid type treatment make this site a good design. I particularly like the detail work in how the background works with the other parts of the site and the little floury wing-dings in the header.
