I like the four columns of this design. The faded background and text make it hard to read which takes away points but overall I am more intrigued with this design than I can find fault and thought it worthy of a look.

Lots of flash elements in this design but not so much so it doesn’t qualify I think. Overall I really like the look and feel of this site. Nice use of photography vs. type and most of the content is presented really well.

Pretty unique layout here. I like the logo, looks really high-end and classy. The real estate imagery is nice and overall you can tell every aspect of this site is well thought out.
