I like the open feeling of this site design, the way the selection of the people in the main picture is well done too. Good color selection and overall interesting layout make this site work really well. I think the sign up form could be a bit more open feeling, perhaps it’s just the really think form fields that are throwing me off on it there. I love the footer area too, nice illustration work.
