Channel Islands Surfboards

Channel Islands Surfboards

What says “cool” better than a surfboard? Really besides the spectacular images of surfers and the surf community, the best part for me is the informative pages for surfboards themselves (including some with a 3d preview) and the interactive customizable ‘Board Builder‘. It’s a chill take on an order form that allows you to interactively see what you are going to get. I’ve seen this type of thing before, but I really like the way this is implemented.

www.cisurfboards.com

The site has a clean feel to it, and not just from the mountains of ocean waves bearing down on you in the images (hehe). I also really dig the subtle color changes on scroll and hover on parts of the site like on a team profile page.

All those grand images make me miss the cold Pacific Ocean a lot right now…
