This site was 5 years in the making. The original concept behind the site arose while working on niche publications for my previous employer from 2007 – 2010. It wasn’t until 2011 that I hunkered down and mapped out the content for the site.

Dearest Nature is a curated site where I, along with a handful of friends from around the globe, share my thoughts and interests as it pertains to nature. We delivery daily inspiration content from nature in the form of art, design, photography, fashion, decor, DIYs, recipes, and more.

I really like the Dearest Nature blog design. I like how it’s a traditional blog type layout with the main center column holding the posts and the right column holding all the blog stuff. The way the images are imposition throughout the posts make the site look dynamic. That’s nice because it’s just layout choices that does it and nothing too overly technical. Smart design choices like that can go a long way.
