Nice strong 3 column layout. I like the basic structure of this site and I really like the spaces that break that 3 column structure, like the oversized header area and the big map for the footer area. I also like how the header goes away on the sub pages, a simple change like that can give your site life when the visitor hits the sub pages, it’s a simple removal of elements but it’s effective and smart.
