The large headshots in the background of each page are a clever way to humanize the website, it let’s you see who the people are who make up this company in a pretty easy way. While they are really large, they are in the background and aren’t so visually loud. I put this site int he gallery for the navigation design mostly. I love how satisfying it is to mouse over the nav links.
