struckaxiom.com is another creative shop with a fairly innovative site design. The fixed header & footer combo is nice and the soft opacity animations keep scrolling smooth and easy on the eyes. The background grid is a little strong in places that lack stronger color. The gallery looks great with the triangle pattern behind but the maps vibrate a little.

The infinite scrolling built into the layout is actually pretty well used in this website, the fixed footer helps make it work out pretty well.
Great footer too. I would normally object to hiding the footer but the fixed positioning works well in this case. Also ‘The reddest footer of all time’ to get you to hover. Plus, a site with that many cool illustrations of octopi deserves a little love.
