What I like:

I like the overall vibe that this one creates. The colors mesh well with the photography at the top, and the font faces selected are a very smart choice for this design.

I also think that the Jarra did a terrific job on setting up block boundaries. It is so easy to tell where one block ends, and another begins. Which is something a lot of people often flop on.

What I dislike:

I have never been a big fan of using a background-color for hovering of the links. Also in the navigation at the top, some dynamically sized navigation or sliding doors could help to avoid the offsetting when resizing the text.
