Really engaging design, I spent a good deal of time going through this website. I really love the overall feel and typography here, it also has some really nice subtle detail work. The footer is really well done and one of my favorite parts of the site. The blog is also quite interesting, I really like how the current and previous posts are handled. The search box is maybe too dominant on the blog, but I don’t have a sense for how deep the blog goes, maybe there’s a reason for it.

I do have two things to mention, one is the “off” state of the main navigation, it’s very hard to see/read until you hover over it. Two is the ad block, i’m down with putting ads on your website (obviously as we do so here on UMS) i’m more concerned with taking up all that space with “coming soon” type empty boxes, it really cheapens the overall design I think.
