I dig a the vibe of this website. The icons are used under the main hero image area are used to good purpose to set the tone, plus the hero images above are used to introduce the team – smart. Humanizing your website is a good direction and should generally go over very well when it comes to someone coming across it who doesn’t know you at all. I see web designer websites too often with zero personality in this regard and I think it’s a big missed opportunity. Knock Knock Factory nails it.

I’m also going to spend some time looking over their Project Planner form, I like the idea behind those and this one happens to have some specific types of helpful form descriptions that should prod a potential client along in a good way.
