Alex Buga’s portfolio site is really cool. I like the woodgrain effects and the scrawly drawings. It’s fun and humorous and very well executed. Normally, if someone referred to themselves as ‘Webdesign Superstar’, I would groan and close the tab, but with Alex’s site, the tone fits perfectly, with tongue planted firmly in cheek. There’s also a bit of an ‘easter egg’ on the home page too…
