Alright, I don’t speak Hungarian, and I couldn’t find a translator, so I really hope this site isn’t something offensive masquerading as something really cool 🙂

This site came in through our submit a site section, and I liked it right away. I just sit there and stare at it (mainly because I can’t read it, probably). It’s fantastic.

Seems like all the great design I’m seeing these days is from blogs. Maybe that’s because most popular websites are owned by companies, who don’t put as high a premium on great design. Whatever the reason, blogs are definitely continuing to produce some excellent examples of great design.

Aside from the tiny font size, I just love everything about this site: the graphics, the colors, the background image … everything. I’m hoping someone happens along who reads Hungarian so we can all find out more about what the purpose of the site actually is 🙂

Update: The site is actually Croatian and it’s a collection of articles he’s written for newspapers, magazines, etc., plus more. See his comments below!

Great variation of a three column layout. Content looks like it’s organized well, although I also cannot read Croatian. Are some of the headings in English, though, or do the two languages just overlap some with those words? Very nice looking site!

pretty cool , and nice …
Wood background could be better, again left alignment, but this time its done better , and its wider.

the module headings are perfect specially the little star and its gradient 3d like body’s are aswell great.

Code wasn’t that clean and beautiful , but most peopl dont care.

Also u see new designs in blogs cuz they are personal pages and every single person has his/her own taste of colour, layout , alignment , and stuff like that , making each and every blog that you see unique , otherwise internet would be boring 🙁 and no UnmatchedStyle would exist 🙂 HAHA

My father was Luka Licina (from Belgrade), my mom Helena was Greek (born 1922 in Egypt). They emigrated to South Africa in the mid 40’s and had three sons, of which I am the middle one. Any idea whether there’s a link?
