I like the use of photography in the background of this site. The tabbed menu design is also kind of a neat fit here too. The interactions are fairly different from your standard faire with the arrow like buttons and the fly-out image slideshow. The fixed social media elements on the right sidebar area work well too to keep them in front of you.
